Welcome to the Race Village!

Come collect your Race Pack & Race Number and experience the atmosphere of the Tour de France! This year, the Race Village is set up in the heart of Bucharest, in the Constitutiei Square. The Race Village will be open on Saturday 31st of August (race pack collection day) and Sunday 1st of September (race day). More than 25 sponsors and partners will be exhibiting or organizing activations in the Village. Admissions are free.

Race Pack pick-up schedule

All Race Pack can be picked up ONLY on Saturday, the 31st of August 2024, directly from the Race Village registrations tent.

RACE PACK COLLECTION

31st of August 2024, Constituției Square, 10:00-19:00

To pick up your participation package and your race number, you will need to present:

  • Your identity card
  • Statutory declaration, completed and signed

Statutory declarations is available in the Race Pack section of the Race Guide. 

FOOD COURT

Relax, meet with friend and family and enjoy the full experience of L'Etape Romania. Expect to find snacks, fresh juices, ice cream and coffee.

What you can expect from our partners:

  • Snacks - Meat & vegetarian options;
  • Juices, coffee, lemonade, sweets;
  • Premiun ice cream.

RECOVERY MEAL & FEEDING ZONE

Enjoy a great portion of pasta by Paste Băneasa, a salad offered by Agriro Fresh OLIVERIS and a cold drink (Ursus Cooler 0.0%), all included with your entry fee. The Race Village feeding zone will also be open to participants and offer a selection of fruits, bars, juices and other sweet & sour products.

FINISHER MEDAL

You did it! You are a finisher. Get your medal as soon as you pass the finish line. Enjoy the moment and wear it prodly. 

MASSAGE STANDS

If you feel exhausted after the race and need a massage to recover faster, consider stopping by the massage tents. Masseurs and physiotherapists will be waiting for you and are eager to help with the recovery process.
